Dr. Md. Saleh Uddin is a distinguished Psychiatrist, Researcher, and Global Trainer with a career that bridges clinical psychiatry, academic scholarship, and international leadership in mental health. A graduate of Chittagong Medical College and an MD in Psychiatry from BSMMU, he also served for a decade in the Bangladesh Civil Service (Health Cadre).

He has authored 13 peer-reviewed international publications and co-authored the book chapter Health Literacy in School. He is the first and only Bangladesh-based country trainer of the Canada-certified School Mental Health Literacy Curriculum and the first psychiatrist from Bangladesh awarded a fellowship by the International Association of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Allied Professions (IACAPAP).

Currently pursuing doctoral research on mental health awareness, Dr. Uddin is at the forefront of advancing school mental health literacy, adolescent psychiatry, and psychotic disorder management. Alongside clinical expertise, his passion for music and global cultural exploration enriches his holistic approach to mental health.
